Abstract Submission

Oral Presentation Information

1-For oral presentations, the total time allocated for presentation and discussion is 12 minutes (maximum 10 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A).

2- Only authors whose names are included in the submitted study will be allowed to deliver the presentation. The oral presentation programme will be announced on the congress website in the coming days.

3-In order for your study to be presented at the congress, you must complete your registration no later than 16 June 2026.

4-All presentations must be delivered in English. Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) or Apple Keynote (.key) formats. It is recommended that presentations be saved in 16:9 widescreen format. To ensure compatibility, presenters are advised to also bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive.

5-The final presentations must be uploaded to the system by 25 August 2026 at the latest. The upload link will be shared with you in due course.

Poster Presentation Information

- Posters must be based on original research or case report. A strong experimental design and proper interpretation are required.
- Advertisements or commercial content are strictly prohibited on posters.
- Poster size should be 90 cm x 120 cm (portrait orientation). Posters must not exceed the allocated space.
- he top of the poster should include the abstract number, title, authors, and affiliations and minimum font size of the title must be 2.5 cm.
- Text, graphs, and images should be easily readable from 1.5 to 2 meters, and the title should be visible from 5 to 10 meters.
- The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any loss or damage to posters during or after the presentation.

Poster Times

Presenters must stay with their posters during their assigned session.
Posters should be mounted at least 30 minutes before the first session of the day and remain displayed until the end of the day’s program.
All posters must be removed by 7:00 p.m. each day.
